•  13 August : 9 AM to Noon and 2 to 5 PM: Athlete check-in for Long Distance , Short Distance Triathlon and "Avenir" Triathlons

• 14 August : 9 AM "Avenir" Triathlons

• 14 August : 9 AM to Noon and 2 to 5 PM: Athlete check-in for Long Distance and Short Distance Triathlon

• 14 August : 3 PM Award Ceremony for "Avenir" Triathlons

• 14 August : 1:30 to 6 PM: Bike check-in for Long Distance  and Short Distance at the Bike Lot

• 14 August : 5 PM: Race instructions for Long Distance and Short Distance Triathletes at Lake Podium

• 15 August : 4 AM: Opening of Bike Lot

• 15 August : 6 AM: Start of Long Distance Triathlon at Lake

• 15 August : 8.30 AM: Start of  Short Distance Triathlon at Lake
